I took a few months off due to sickness,then work then lack of motivation. Its tough enough trying to get motivated to lift but now sometimes I just want to give up. I tried doing chest 2 times this week and everytime i try to bench i get these pains on the ends of my shoulders/tops of tricepts. I dont know what it is but I havnt lifted for a few months and now when I try to I get these pains and feel like just giving up. WTF is wrong with me..I dont even feel like lifting anymore and Ive lost strength and size which makes things even worse...
