What's with the ADDS IN Threads

What's up with those random adds that pop up besides peoples posts that go something like " BUY STEROIDS" ... with that stupid picture of that jacked up dude..

It's really annoying the hell outta me, specially when I'm at work and don't really want to advertise using this site...

As long as it's not on TOP of my post, and only on the side, I cound care less. It's not like there is a "Porn Star Stack" at the top all the time to begin wiith, lol! (my wife is always like, hey what are you looking at?)
