Well this is my first post here at Elite Fitness..just wanted to say hi to everyone. A little about me, I just really started working out. I have been going hard for about two months, with some other weight lifting background with football and stuff. Didn't play this year so I have really been hit the iron hard. I have seen pretty good gains even after two months. Bench has gone up 30 pounds and I have gained a good 7 pounds, of raw muscle of course haha. I do have a question though. I am on a three day split and on off days sometimes I really want to lift. What do you guys do when you have the urge but it is a off day?
