PURE EXTRACT, first let say That I hope your Moms will get better.
I've bought a few items from http://www.fitnessfactory.com and was pretty please, even on their low end machines. Not ay all flimsy or nothing.
I workout out primarily alone except for occasions. So, I decide to get thier Smith Machine. It was the first thing and Like I said... it works fine for me!

When I was locked up in mercer and somerset county, i did a
"Jail House" work out. Get a pull up bar and that should be the only peice of equipment you need.
