He's a gamer. Mac's can't support most game requirements, so barely any games are made for Mac.

There's nothing I play that wouldn't be able to played on a mac. I'm not some elite first person shooter player that requires $3k worth of pc hardware cause he's multi screen gaming. And actually for the sound and video editing I do macs would actually be superior....but vastly more expensive and not as fun. I like being able to upgrade a computer <---biggest reason I don't do macs.

And yeah, building and upgrading a PC is childs play.
