323kg by Scott Mendelson. I´m not sure how official this was. James Henderson did 322,5 kilos in an ipf competition. These are the two biggest.

Jimmy Williams did like 680 I think. He did 700 but it got turned down because he moved his foot.

Henderson is a beast so is Mendy. Im sure mendy is very capable of doing much more raw now.

id say ur above the typical gym rat at 365...sure a lot of people here can do that, but thats why this is "elite fitness"
