i'm fat. i lose my motivation and focus in about a minute. it's ridiculous. i have little desire to work out now. i still will, of course, but my schedule is all over the place. i haven't had a serious workout in 2-3 weeks. i did chest/tris/bis on monday, but it was meh...i decided to switch up and go lower weight/higher reps. probably good for a while, because the 4-6 rep range will burn me out in a few months, maybe already has. you think a couple of weeks of lower intensity will freshen me up enough? i don't really care for high rep shit.
oh, but the next day, i ate...uh, like 500 calories total. maybe 40g protein. pathetic. i think i'll need to get in 2500+ to have a chance at gaining size. maybe 3000 or more, actually, since i want to keep running 3-4 days a week.
such a pain. i have little dedication. i want it, but eh...apparently not enough.
