Alright, maybe 6%. I have an eight pack and can see striations in my glutes. I think you need to be close to that to have glute striations n'est ce pas? In any event, I'm leaner than the pics I posted of me competing in May. It got hot and I wasn't hungry I guess. I had to start eating whatever more or less to get the calories cause I dropped to like 188 and didn't want to drop more.

How's by you jack? You still keeping up with the training? Last I remember you were adding size.

Stilleto - I feel like I'm winning. Maybe it's my perception, but frankly, I don't care about anything else.

I think I'll have a Tuna Sandwich on Wheat from Togos...grab one for my dad while I'm at it.

And yeah, i never liked Quiznos. The sandwiches always seem kinda...dry

i'm fat. i lose my motivation and focus in about a minute. it's ridiculous. i have little desire to work out now. i still will, of course, but my schedule is all over the place. i haven't had a serious workout in 2-3 weeks. i did chest/tris/bis on monday, but it was meh...i decided to switch up and go lower weight/higher reps. probably good for a while, because the 4-6 rep range will burn me out in a few months, maybe already has. you think a couple of weeks of lower intensity will freshen me up enough? i don't really care for high rep shit.

oh, but the next day, i ate...uh, like 500 calories total. maybe 40g protein. pathetic. i think i'll need to get in 2500+ to have a chance at gaining size. maybe 3000 or more, actually, since i want to keep running 3-4 days a week.

such a pain. i have little dedication. i want it, but eh...apparently not enough.

Choose a sport and stick with it. Running does not go with lifting. They hinder each other, especially if you are having trouble eating in the first place. Do heavy deads and squats, go home and lie on your ass and eat. Don't run anywhere. I did that for a few years and then worked on the fine-tuning or getting leaner. But I can tell you straight up that if I never committed to that like I did, I wouldn't have as much of the size I do. I don't bulk like that anymore, and I don't really grow either. Nowadays I feel more like doing a bit of everything but I can tell it's harder to progress in one area if I'm also training my body to adapt in another. It's not that black and white but you know what I am saying. When I sink into the fat fuck regimen (sp?), I grow.

I don't know dude, if it's motivation you are lacking that's a tough one. I tried absolutely loathing myself for a few years and that really did wonders for me.

I can say, however, that I just went light for a little while with higher reps and am feeling more into it again. So yay, maybe try that. You da man anyway you slice it.
