Ok so far my cycle is going good my first few injections have been great no pain no blood nada! which makes me very happy. The last 2 injections this week i have had a vacuum for some reason and blood comes out.... My question is simple... How is this caused? Am i injecting to fast so the vacuum is created? How i can prevent this from happening in the future?

Sounds like you are not aspirating.

I am confused as to what you mean? Are you getting blood at teh site when you pull out?

Yeah some blood comes out of the site when i pull out....

it means you passed through or nicked a vein. no worries--(unless you have some clotting issues) otherwise may get a little swelling but it is reabsorbed. where are you pinning?

In the glutes. My concern is not the pain its wasting the gear that might spill out with the blood or is this not a factor at all?

Its not a big deal. Be sure you are in a vein when you inject by aspirating (pulling the stopper back just a hair) and be sure to not move the needle around when you are injecting. Sometimes a little blood trickles, sometimes its totally clean, and even sometimes you'll hit a small artery and you'll get a really sweet squirt!

never heard of any loss--somtimes if you pull the pin too fast the oil will follow the pin a bit--but the net loss is minor

Lol cant wait for the squirt :worried: thanks for all your help guys my main concern was the lose of gear in the blood and since thats not an issue from the looks of it i can sleep better at night :)

the squirt sucks--it ends up everywhere--you will discover minute bloss splatters for months

I hear ya. I doubt that much gear comes out to make a difference. Once you pull out put your finger over the site and hold pressure. Blood is normal when you brak the skin. It is made up of many tiny capilaries that will bleed when injecting. Bolood is no big deal.

as far as hitting a vein and mainling it is very very very very very hard to do. I dont have exact numbers but I would venture it is less that 1% of IM injections are actualy main lined.

You can also add a 1/2 cc of air to create a seal when you inject. Besure it is the last thing to go in.
