depends what you wear a semi fitted shirt will make people guess one thing a suit will make em guess 30lbs heavier

what is it.... like 8-10lbs per inch of height? when i watch BB shows the diffirence is usually about 8 lbs per inch. those guys are as lean as they come so its probably more like 10 lbs for the avg guy.

I always go by 10 lbs/inch, but I guess you're right about bodyfat playing a role. Either way, height cannot be overlooked when comparing stats.

When I look at myself in the mirror I guess about 157, but on the scale is says 232. Do you think I have body dysmorphia?

Nah bro, that's not even a MILD case of body dsymorphia, nothing to worry about. The only moderate case of that is when Ronnie Coleman looks in the mirror and thinks, "Damn I'm small, fat, and weak!" That's a pretty bad case, but you, you're totally fine bro

Ya, I think that would definitely classify as a body image problem.
