Watch out bro. Those 100 lb benchers are bad ass. Especially if they are skinny little gangsters with guns :)
lol ya we all know those type ...thats when you laugh at them and walk away cause it would be all to easy

At 175, people usually guess me at 200-210 at least. I think it's due to my short stature ( 5'5") but it's still nice to hear :)

Not to take away from your compliment (that's awesome btw, 25-35 lbs more!), but I totally agree that height plays a role in people's estimations. If I ever overestimate someone's weight he's always a shorter guy. Not to mention a lot of people seem to not even factor height into their guess. This obviously applies more to the general public, but even my buddy who's pretty into working out compares my weight to his directly...I always have to remind him that I'm 5'11 and he's 6'3.

what is it.... like 8-10lbs per inch of height? when i watch BB shows the diffirence is usually about 8 lbs per inch. those guys are as lean as they come so its probably more like 10 lbs for the avg guy.

Yeah I always go by 10lbs per inch of height. I.e., for the same muscular build, you need 10lbs more for every inch taller to have the same basic build. So let's say Shawn Ray was what, 5'7" right? Came in around 210-213. I'm 2 inches shorter, if I came in around 190 I'd be as impressive as Shawn Ray. 190 doesn't sound like a lot, but that's only 10lbs lighter than Lee Priest!
