What's the lowest effective dose of DBol?

Old-timers will tell you of times they've run as low as 6mg per day for extended periods and grown. The 60/10, with the 10 mg taken early AM over 60 days has its adherents, too. These methods each assume that you are already on top of your training and basically try to augment rather than replace you own natural test. Some don't believe in that idea at all.

I haven't pointed anyone at one of the very best dbol logs on here in a long time but you could do worse than take a look at it:

That is probably the best way I have heard it stated...but most people will not believe it.

As far as the original question...I don't get much benifit from D-bol until it is up around 50 mgs ED
 
I'm actually not planning on running DBol in my cycle anyway, I was just curious. (Gonna stick with straight test for #1)
