What is the difference between :
Using Test- E 5oomg a week for 5 weeks (Monday and Thursday) or Test -E 250 mg. for 10 weeks( Monday).:confused:

More dramatic gains(and possibly more side-effects) on the former.
 
I think 250 for 10 weeks will provide better gains because you will be training/eating like your on a cycle for 10 weeks instead of 5.

Testosterone's effects are dose-dependent, 500mg for 5 weeks would yield MUCH greater gains than 250mg for 10 weeks. Although being Enanthate, a more accurate comparison would be 500mg for 8 weeks or 250mg for 12 or 14 weeks.
 
since your asking this, my guess is that you only got a vial of 250mg/10ml.. that means that you got no pct planned, or what?
In the lack of a good pct you will risk getting side effects like gyno (bitch tits), low natural test production. And as a result of low -or none test production for weeks, you will have a real hard time keeping your gains.

EDIT: read your question a little too fast x) anyways, if this is the case, dont do the cycle:P

How can you say that? Enanthate is just starting ot produce some noticable effects then its cut off, I say the 250 for 10 will produce better because it was allowed to run full cycle and the assimilation of protein While in an anabolic state will yield greater results.

Im going to agree with Radar. The test wont even kick in until week two or so.
 
there is nothing wrong with a 5 weak test cycle. it is short but you will get the results of 5 weaks of test. i personally like 6 weak cycles best no matter what the ester.
 
see true effect week 3, then ur done 2 weeks later? personally, somehow dbl ue supply. 500wk(split twice-250) for at least 8 weeks and do something for pct and maybe some ai while on-justincase

10 weeks 250mgs split into mon/thurs injections.
Var 40mgs for 6 weeks. split into 20/20: am/pm

Hcg start week 5 @ 250 ius twice a week (spread evenly of course)

get some arimidex for estrogen control on cycle. Use 0.5mg every 3rd day if you start experiencing nasty estrogen sides.

Look into cycle assist and cycle support for liver/kidney/BP/cholesterol support while on

Personally i run cycle assist @ 4 caps a day (2 am and 2 pm) along with half a scoop of cycle support with each serving of cycle assist.


PCT (starting 2 weeks after last inj.): nolva 5 weeks @ 20/20/20/10/10 (split doses as with other compounds into am/pm)
sustain alpha (directs you on bottle)
tribulus @ 2 grams a day

thats a solid cycle and youll get good results with it. I garuntee you wont be disapointed.
Eat 300 grams protein a day and load up on good fats and complex carbs.
Eat like a horse to see big results but maintain as clean a diet as possible.
And drink 3 litres of water a day!!!!! - - - a MUST on cycle and off.

You're 46. You're unlikely to recover fully from a 10 week cycle.

Here's my advice. Get your T checked. You're probably eligible for HRT. If so, go on. You'll feel like a million bucks. Then get serious about training and learn about effective supplements and fuck this other shit.

Could he not cycle then attempt to recover then HRT?
I mean he has the gear and cycling past this age wouldnt be great. Maybe his last chance? and the cycle isnt big by any means.

Idk your more knowledgeable on these areas. So to the thread starter: whatev nelson says is probably what you should do
