Any bro's use this? Is it just another protein shake? I've heard claims of strenght gains as well. Anyone that's got the lowdown or personal experience would be appreciated.

My favorite used to be Cookies and Cream for that stuff... tastes wicked good.

It's just another means to get your protein and calories in man.

Precisely. Tastes freaking great. Is more pricey than other "pure" protein powders. Has a mix of protein and "good" fats.

Like the others said.....no magic. Just protein and cals. Pretty good breakdown. Best tasting supplement to date in my opinion.

yea same as everyone else said....i like the way it tastes better than Whey, but i heard Whey is better....but who am i to judge, lol

Look, don't go down this road. Don't start trying to figure out whether 30/70 casein:whey, or muscle milk stirred in 2% milk vs. 1% milk = bigger guns. Look at powders as a way to get your protein and calories. Nothing more. That will help you grow and get stronger. But getting strong has very little to do w/ picking the "right" powder or pill.

Truer words can't be spoken. It is called the supplement "industry" for a reason.
