deadlifts are good because they are a total body workout.....your whole body will grow from them.....start doing them.....i guarentee you you will put on some weight
Start out with just the bar. I'm not joking either. Perfect your form FIRST, then throw a couple 25s on the bar. Then a couple 45s. Practice it until you have it down pat.
