whats the big deal about deadlifts???

over the past couple of months i have noticed a lot ( and i mean a LOT) of threads on deadlifts, no-one even does them down the gym i go to!
 
deadlifts are good because they are a total body workout.....your whole body will grow from them.....start doing them.....i guarentee you you will put on some weight

Start out with just the bar. I'm not joking either. Perfect your form FIRST, then throw a couple 25s on the bar. Then a couple 45s. Practice it until you have it down pat.
 
I agree, once you hit a hard, heavy deadlift routine...You'll have places sore on your body you never thought existed before.....

great advice. from is very important to the DL. get that down and then increase your weights.
