So you're juicing without any basic dieting knowledge?

Very clean diet. Eat whole protein sources (not just shakes either). 2g of protein per lb of body weight. Complex carbs, greens and healthy fats. Eat in a moderate cal surplus with a clean diet and fat gain will be minimal if any

Well at the min I get up 6am have a hgh shot 2 iu then hour later protein shake and 8 egg whites at 10am tin of tuna 12:30 half a chicken 2 pm hgh 2iu protein shake at 3pm then 6pm chicken dinner
