B Brett44444444 New member Aug 27, 2003 #4 normal? well most 15 year olds dont even work out, so Id say something like 95 bench 95 squat 105 deadlift for somebody who has trained hard since about middle school, maybe more like: 150 bench 180 squat 170 deadlift really it depends on a lot of things, if those numbers are correct under in your sig, then you are a complete beast for a 15 year old
