my tricpes. . when flexed the lower inner part is cut all the way down to my elbow and the seperation between the heads is getting sicker looking .Lots of weighted dips and strict form eyecrushers hands pointed away and for the center head eye crushers with palms facing towards my eyes . Those are fuking intense
seond part is calves they used to be my worst but I train them now 3 times a week and its really all the world of difference.
