I love the feeling of blood getting pumped into my muscles but what always gets me a good laugh r these kids my age thinking they can lift a lot and i laugh in their faces and they challange me to a lift and i just murder them. A couple times those kids have asked me to train with them and i told them they dont have the ability and the will.

What kind of gym is that where someone actually challenges someone else to a 'lift'?

i go to 2 gyms. One is a free one from the police and one is a nice gym. The one from the police is all kids up to 18 and my friend told everyone I could outlift anyone my age so people would challenge me.
