What's MeatLoaf made out of?

Somebody brought a whole bunch of Boston Market meatloaf to work.. it's so good. what's it made out of?

Most meat loaf recipes contain ground beef (or a mixture of beef and pork) along with eggs, bread (croutons help hold it all together), veggies (peppers and onions), and a plethora a salt and spices. The red sauce on top is usually ketchup or chile sauce.

Not bad except for the croutons. ANd the meat's probably fatty.

I make ground turkey meatloaf myself but.......

a lot of meatloaves are made from an equal mix of beef/pork and sometimes a 3rd meat, I've seen "meatloaf mix" in the grocery store, whole eggs, bread crumbs, seasoning then baked in a loaf pan which holds all the fat in.....not a very healthy meal...

use splenda's brown sugar substitute

Its such a small amount that I would use a tad bit of brown sugar, but splenda would be a better choice if u are worried about that stuff
