How often do you "cheat" and what is your favorite cheat food?

I for one, have a craving for sweets and sometimes I load myself up with those damn,evil Krispy Kream doughnuts. I also like pancakes...\

They are so darn addctive..Its sugar make them to crave more and more...But you gotta know how and when to step in and put the brake on....

yea pancakes are great.....

do a search, and you'll find some great reciepes
 
definitely pizza and cookies ummmm, also taco bell! haha those chicken quessadillas are an amazing food
 
Low-fat granola cereal
Non-fat Starbucks cafe latte
Choc-chic cookie
Pancakes
Baked beans in tomato sauce
Jelly bellies
Non-fat choc pudding, or
Non-fat plain yoghurt with Hershey's choc syrup
Bagels
Non-fat black bean paste
Granola bars
Home-made bean cobbler

Naturally, I would love pizza, chocolates, pies, lots of cookies, chocolate brownies, muffins, mochas, CHEESE, CHEESE, CHEESE ... but they all have fat, which has little effect on leptin, and lots of calories ...:(
