what's good at controlling hunger?

interesting guys...very cool...i have chromium on hand so i just popped 600mgs with a cheat meal i decided to have...felt really hungry so just decided to cheat clean with 3 rice cakes with no sodium PB on top and sugar free honey, 1.5 cups whole wheat pasta (dried, broiled it of course), 1/2 of a lowfat high protein bar, 3 pieces lowfat semi low carb whole wheat bread..i took also with this with this:
600mgs chromium
2 grams sesathin
600 mgs r-ala
2 caps white kidney bean extract (its been shown in clinical studies to be able to excrete starchy carbs supposedly)
(15 minutes be4 hand took a couple enzymes, 30 mins after the meal had 2 more)


been 30 mins since this now and wheww im a little sleepy...hunger gone..lmao...hey at least i did a "controlled" cheat i suppose...
can i use lipo 6 in place of the synephrine since it has this in it, and some caffeine? i have it on hand...

oh wait wait a second...it jsut hit me that the igf im taking (10mcg twice per day) is hyperinsulemic i believe..could this be a cause of the hunger cravings? would humalog post workout with my igf decrease cravings? of course using 1/2 the normal slin post workout dose due to the igf administration which prolongs it (balence out my insulin levels a bit..plus i heard they are synergistic if used post workout)

suggestions?
i also have gh on hand..but this is hyperinsulemic also isnt it? so i guess using half igf half gh isnt a good idea lol..as u know, my diet is tailered to having low insulin levels..while bulking, by eating good healthy food...BUT

during my dieting period of 17 weeks on 2000 cals ramping down to 1600 for 2-3 months, with 2 hours cardio a day, moderately low carbs...i didnt have ANY appetite whatsoever...never even thought of junkfood! LOL!!! (must be due to low insulin levels)

so..im a little stumped on this 1..during dieting i have no appetite...during bulking...TOO MUCh appetite...ughhh...just what i need...a beer belly again (NOT)..LOL.
 
God bless those guys that can gain muscle on 2000-2500 calories...I wish I could do that. I need 4000 calories just to maintain my weight, let alone put on any weight.

I guess I am still in the old school world where I think calories are king for bulking.
 
Why not do something natural to control hunger?
What I use it either licorice or as weird as this sounds, cough drops (Ricola).
The menthol makes you NOT want to eat.
 
doesn't too much licorice actually cause estrogen levels to rise? IIRC, licorice does have some sort of effect on estrogen, just a heads up, since I see blueta is female.
 
i found the most effective way to control hunger is to make sure that ALL of my meals are low volume. then when im craving badly, i can eat some salad etc and i fill up. despite my background im a huge fan of non drug measures to do what i need.

the appetite suppressants that i am schooled in (amphetamines, really) are all on script and are problematic at night anyway

good replies guys! im just using hoodia mostly to control appetite with a gram of chromium spread out throughout the day with some cinammon and rala to control insulin levels. Im going to buy some meridia today and try it with the above stuff , i really dont wanna come off IGF since my gains from it have been awsome so far, i love the stuff..unless my parents have it (meridia) then ill snatch some off them LOL...r their any sides from meridia?
Ill just use it while on igf and when off it ill use nothing, dont need any appetite suppressants when i diet usually...
P.S: manny, nice avatar, that femme needs a banana in her mouth *knock knock*..LOL


cubuff...youre lucky you can get away with eating a ton of cals to gain size...cuz i love eating food and would love to eat that many...just cant if i wanna look good nekkid...

as they say, "do u wanna look good in clothes, or out of em" (think u guys know the answer..lol)
