what's good at controlling hunger?

i just came off a contest 2.5 weeks ago and bulking on 2500 cals which is fine for me because i have a slow metabolism..weigh is about 185-190 at 5'9...i eat mostly vegies, brown rice, yams, oatmeal, extra lean beef, extra lean chicken, ny strips, basically very healthy..with omegas, cla, MCT oil, sesathin, lecthin...i get the cravings late at night only usually...would merdia be the way to go? i found hoodia only moderately effective...only works a couple hours then im starving as fuck...
on tren, test, deca...
 
2500 cal seems awfully low for 190lbs and bulking and if you are just done with a contest then you need to be really trying to put that gear you take to work for you building mass. The last thing I would do is try to control my hunger..let it lead you. When I am on cycle (always) I am NEVER hungry because I am always forcing food down my throat trying to get bigger!
 
Have you ever tried chromium FOR GLYCEMIC CONTROL (not for fat burning, which is nonsense)? I read a real nice article, well published in some good peer reviewed journal (I can find it for you if you want) and then I decided to use it myself. I am hyperinsulinemic, therefore, I used to be ALWAYS hungry and/or hypo. The paper experiment used 1000mcg in male subjects, so I decided to use 600mcg, because of my very small weight (I'm a small woman). The recommended dosage is 200mcg, according to manufacturers. Well... It works for me! No hunger, even when cutting... And I'm on a highP/lowC diet.
 
actually anabolics like NPP and var dull my appetite, i notice off cycle my hunger soars

2500 calories is definately not awfully low if you dieted for a few months on 1600 calories...i mean heck...i dont wanna get up to 22% bodyfat in 4 months after my show like i did after my first show (i ate very clean and still went up to 22% or so unfortunately...ate too many cals...4000 or so the last month, caloric control for me is crucial if i want to maintain a lower bodyfat this time around)...so im trying to play it safe..by no means is it hard for me to gain weight (fat and muscle)...i can eat anything in site...so...i dont wanna overdo it..then just have to diet is off again later on..whats the point of gaining 6 lbs of lean body mass if i gained 6-12lbs of bodyfat with it?

I'm the same as you Bigtasty.... Slow metabolism, and I can grow muscle on 2000-2500cals per day, and I'm 5' 11'' 220lbs..... Best supplement I use that curbs my hunger is good old ECA, or just EC..... Non Beta 2 supplement that curbs hunger are the ones Ulter linked, and Stimulant X..... I would say get on ECA though.... I can just drink shakes all day if I wanted to when using ECA, and never get hungry..... Maybe it's just me though???
