i just came off a contest 2.5 weeks ago and bulking on 2500 cals which is fine for me because i have a slow metabolism..weigh is about 185-190 at 5'9...i eat mostly vegies, brown rice, yams, oatmeal, extra lean beef, extra lean chicken, ny strips, basically very healthy..with omegas, cla, MCT oil, sesathin, lecthin...i get the cravings late at night only usually...would merdia be the way to go? i found hoodia only moderately effective...only works a couple hours then im starving as fuck...
