Whats for Lunch

Brown rice and curried chicken for lunch 1, then gym, shake, turkey sammich with hummus for afternoon lunch.

salad. . .leaf lettuce, grape tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, a hand full of peanuts, a hand full of sunflower seeds, a hand full of craisins, bacon and italian dressing. . .topped with a can of chicken breast. . .
 
blah... my meds have me to a point where I don't have an appetite at all... I have to force food down my throat so no matter what I eat it isn't a pleasurable experience.

I've been at work since 6:30 am... up since 5:am and every hour before that going back to 10pm.

this sucks

8:30 1 oz almonds
10:30 1 oz almonds
11:30 4 oz chicken boob 3 cups mixed greens and 10 squirts balsamic breeze
2:00 4 oz chicken boob 3 cups mixed greens and 10 squirts balsamic breeze
5:00 4 oz chicken boob 3 cups mixed greens and 10 squirts balsamic breeze
7:00 stalon protein pudding
9:00 1 oz almonds

Cutting on Kraft Dinna! K to you for that. I have been cutting since Jan. Guess you cant call it cutting anymore.
In my case, once I'm relatively lean, under 12%, I can eat whatever I want to a degree and not gain too much fat. It's also easy for me cut just by cleaning up my diet 80% of my meals.

Sirloin or round steak,beef scores highest of all the meats on the PCDAAS for protein quality and is one of the best sources of zinc out there.

Flat iron steak, flank steak, top sirloin, filet are the leanest. London broil's ok too, but it's too tough sometimes.

If you go to beef.org or whatever you can find info on the leaner / leanest cuts...

I can never remmber.. but when I make chili I get a huge roast..

but generally the leaner the tougher..... so it super lean meat isn't going to be tender for steaks...only ground or stewed...
