Whats for lunch today?

I am having a little switch up today.

Protien shake for breakfast.
An orange about 3 hrs later.
Turkey breast breaded with flour and fried in EVOO
Brown rice
then another orange around 3ish
also h20
 
Lunch 1: Chicken and brown rice.
Lunch 2: Same shit as above.
Lunch 3: Turkey sammich on whole grain bread with mustard.

One gallon of water deep so far.

this brown rice is suckin like a leach today. I love my results though. I am really getting sick of this crap.
 
Pizza and protein shake for breakfast
 
4 OZ chicken breast
2 cups lettuce.

No dressing. Yay! How exciting!

m4 is a little bit more fun but will have to wait a couple hours. I eat free meals on the weekend so during the week is a little more strict.

I think its good to mix it up, turdferg , I see better results if I switch it up every couple of weeks or whatever.

I can't stand that brown rice either!! yuck!!
So I just try to eat whole wheat bread from time to time...I know its not the same but that rice is nasty no matter what anyone else says to mix with it.
And it takes 40 min to cook!!!
 
I know I would do soooo much better at the diet part if I could have someone cook for me. Sometimes I just don't have time and end up eating subway or baked chicken from a resturant.
I can't see Subway totally destroying me but I don't think it helps either. Just figure its the least of all others evils out there.

Maybe you should get a girlfriend, that's what I did :)
 
My hubby spoils me w/his dee-lishus cooking all the time. When it was just me I would eat oatmeal, raw eggs (yup too lazy to even cook eggs for m'self), or oatmeal and cottage cheese. Day in and day out. Good Lord how I LOVE oatmeal!!!
