Damn, that sounds good. I'm hungry again. I forgot to mention the chips and salsa and now I'm about to top it all off with a cup of French Roast coffee.

Damn that sounds good! ;)

2 chicken breasts (seasoned pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic salt) gilled, chopped up and stuff into 2 low carb tortilla shells with a wee bit of cheddar cheese.

We had fresh trout (caught this afternoon by my son at a school trip!)

Did a little wood grilling for the fish, searved over a bed of nage vegetables with rich chickenbroth and candied lemon. Grilled up some crostini for it too, spread with some Vidalia confit I had jarred up from last August.

A little sea salt and some fresh thyme leaves and thats that. Crispy grilled skin and pink like coho on the inside.

I love summer.

edit: no, the three and five year olds wouldn't touch it! They had farfallini with <gasp> ketchup... (must be from her side of the family... lol)

1 1/2lbs of med-rare prime rib with peas on the side.

YUM YUM

DAMN! that DOES sound righteous!

There is a big, pretty good, comercial steakhouse near my dads place in the Berkshires called The Dakota... first stop restaurantwise when I get home for an early double endcut of Prime Rib. Crispy caremilized end and still medrare.

Grunt. :chomp:

I had chicken & steak cooked on the foreman grill with Oriental veggies.....

chicken breast with spinach. yummy

I had crapola. Burgers & metts on the grill. Fighting off those loud ass sounding cicada's in the backyard while grilling. I thought they were slowly fading away but sure didn't seem like it out there earlier. It's hotter than hell out today too. Didn't have much of an appetite but the wifey & my sister are going to a jewelry party tonite  so it had to something quick.

12 ounce rib eye steak
Torilla Chips with guacamole
Spinach salad with walnuts with a vinaigrette
small yogurt with walnuts

I'm drinking a Mega Mass shake before I work arms. After my brutal workout, I will have a bowl of cranberry/oat cereal and maybe a natural peanut butter & Jelly Sandwich.
