whats for dinner?

here is a decent pre leg workout meal for me tonight....

look good?

1 box spiral mac and cheese
2 chicken breasts
little taco sauce and a little blue cheese dressing
1 jar (thats right JAR) of water

whats on your table?
 
4 pork chops grilled marinated in red wine
3-4 cups of rice
3 cups of peas mixed in
5 24 oz cups of water
2 cups tuna salad
2 cups of chocolate ice cream mmmmmm


2 Guinness
 
12 oz. BBQ chicken Strips

1 Plate full of veggie brown rice penne pasta (about 3-4 servings)

organic pasta sauce (with fresh garlic, basil, and oregano from the garden)

2 32 oz glasses of water+liquid aminos


yes, I am on a fucking diet....blah
 
Depends on what dinner..

Dinner #1 (2 hrs post workout)

2 fat pork chops with hot sauce
with lots of green beans

Dinner #2 (4 hrs post workout)

2 chicken breasts with bbq sauce mixed with ranch dressing
small bowl of mixed greens

and lets not forget my bedtime protein shake.. mmm chocolate.
 
dinner 1: 2 chix breasts stripped and grilled, stuffed into 2 whole pita breads with lettuce, sour cream, salsa and cheddar cheese.

dinner 2: steak with broccoli
 
i carton of the white box, black label, 4 for a buck mac and cheese with a can of tuna fish mixed in

ice tea ("it's the house wine of the south"--dolly parton, from "steel magnolias)

a hand full of aminmal crackers for dessert



i am too damned lazy to get outta the house tonight; working day shift wipes me out.
 
Lunch time here. About to have a protein bar.

I'm in the computer lab at university waiting for my final lecture of the week. Econometrics... worth waiting for :rolleyes:
 
I'm sooo hungry now...I dont know why I clicked on this damn thread.....8 weeks left and I'm starting to lose my mind...
My dinner was 2 chicken breasts and a baked potatoe

im on a fucking diet too.

Chicken, lettuce, tomatoe, onion, barbeque sauce on a huge roll. With a bakepotatoe+cheese on the side. Cant eat anything else the whole night :(

1 week into the new semester and I'm already sick of quick, convenient protein sources.

I think I will have a whole rotisserie(sp?) chicken tonight. I need to eat up and regain my strength, having been sick all week.
 
had some beef and linguini w/ half a plate of peas. i also had a few stacked turkey and cheese sandwiches with a lot of milk today

was going to have a nutty bar but i better wait until the morning

Tonight, 3 stuffed mushrooms, 1 bowl of steak soup, 14oz KC strip, mashed potatoes, 2 Guinness and some milk.

Not gaining or losing, just trying to maintain my weight. Any more weight and I'm out of the 308's and into the superheavyweights.

Damn Mule, you eat a lot.
 
tonite i had;

8 oz steak
1 cup of shrimp/ greens
1 cup of baked beans

1 glass of OJ

right now im about to make 2 grilled cheese sandwiches :D

p.s. its 2 a.m. AND IM HUNGRY
 
I've had about 2 pounds of ground beef in the form of hamburgers today...AND I have rarely left this desk...lol.

School stinks...till it is over ( about 16 hours of College left!!!)

I had half the chicken, a tub of yogurt and an apple. Leftovers will follow.
 
GYROS ROCK!!!!!!!!!

tonight it was: sirloin steak (2) w/ half a plate of vegetables

2 hours later i had a plate of chicken breast w/ bbq sauce and milk
 
lets see, tonight at work i had subway(subway club with double meat) take that jared. and now im having 1 lb cottage cheese with a can of tuna and a big glass of milk.
 
at work:
chicken breast, swordfish steak
broccoli
corn
carrots
baked potato
tuna
hard boiled egg
non fat yogurt
