Whats for breakfast?

Recipe please....if is anything like Paul Pierce's shot at the end of last nights game against Atlanta it must be amazing.

Protein shake, 12 inch pancake and Sugar Free Male Syrup for me.

I'll try and get one to you later today (Do you have a frittata-maker) - obviously makes it easier....
 
6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 8 oz of chicken breast, green, red, yellow bell peppers and onions.
 
Might have to spring for one if the recipe warrants the purchase. :)

it comes with a bunch of recipes - and you pretty much put in 10 eggs, and whatever else you want.

Today was - onions, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, turkey sausage, green onions (all diced)

I'm staying away from carbs right now, so it's fricken GREAT

2 cups of oatmeal and a whole wheat bagel--breakfast #1, breakfast #2 is 8 egg whites and pb&j on wheat.
 
I would love a greasy spoon type of breakfast right now.

eggs
some kind of toast, english muffin or bagel
challah bread french toast
bacon
sausage (link, no patties thanks)
and juice

Smurfy (and everyone else) if you aren't hungry when you wake up then your metabolism is slow. The way you can help get it jumpstarted without feeling like you are cramming food down your throat is to have just a bite of something. I like a TBSP of peanut butter. I guarantee if you do this first thing by the time you are dressed and certainly at work/school you will be STARVING.

I cooked me 2 eggs and mixed them into some whole oat groats. Coffee w/my flavored creamer (yea I'm gonna die) and I am a happy camper. :)
