What's for breakfast?

Here's what I am having:

WHOLE WHEAT BLUEBERRY PANCAKES
1 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 c. 2% milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. fresh blueberries (use smaller ones if possible)
Heat to 350 degrees a pancake griddle or skillet with a nonstick surface. Mix together flour, salt and baking powder. Beat milk, egg, oil and sugar together. Add liquid mixture to flour mixture. Add blueberries. Stir gently just until flour is moistened. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until covered with bubbles, flip and brown other side.


6 egg whites as well!!

haven't decided yet, but it's either gonna be oatmeal and cottage cheese, or chicken with whole wheat pasta. depending on what time i wake up
 
I don't eat breakfast. I am gonna go get a coffee then go try to buy my mom something nice for moms day...Yeah I wait till the last minute on everything.
 
organic cereal w/almond milk
1/2 flax bagel with butter
2 glasses of lemon water

pancakes sound good though
 
those pancakes do sound good

i had 3 egg whites
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 slice whole grain toasted
1/2 apple
 
mmm sounds good. Smurfy's breakfast sounds better though. lol

I had 6 egg whites scrambled with two whole wheat pieces of bread and made an egg sandwich.
 
Same breakfast I've had every day for the last 10 years. (with the occasional deviation)

1 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
2 cups organic unsweetened soy milk (milk is disgusting)
1 banana
1 tbs wheat germ
1 tbs flax seed
1-2 scoops protein powder
1-2 packs Equal

Mix all together as you would cereal.

1 large coffee (prolly 2 cups as my mug is hyuge)
1 litre H20
1 Multivitamin

Instead of regular milk, try it with chocolate milk instead for the ultimate free day treat. That would put me into an insulin coma so I'll live through you.
 
Hmmm...I'm gonna have some eggs and WW toast with mustard. I eat it every single day. Yum.

Already had a buncha coffee since my kids woke me up at the crack of dawn. :)

not me, I don't have any sugar in my diet - I was guessing at what Smurfy was eating for b-fast :)

LOL! Ok. I was wondering where your flax and special yogurt stash was at. Good job MM. I don't do sugar either.

Turns me into a sugar crashing fat bitch. Sugar free me is where it's at. :qt:
 
Edited the recipe a little:

2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 c. 2% milk (used Non-fat milk)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. vegetable oil (used Flax Oil)
1 tbsp. sugar (Used Splenda)
1 c. fresh blueberries (use smaller ones if possible)

Also added BCAA powder to it!
