My girlfreind won't listen to me when I try to give her advice on eatting right and BB. So I was thinking she probably would listen to a Dr. who wrote a book on BB and proper diet, more so than me. So does anybody have any good sugestions??????
Thanks for your help!

How about the book "Sliced"? It is more like a contest prep book, but has recipes and explains nutrition and working out pretty well. And it's co-authored by Negrita jayde and has a lot of good pics of her.

thanks senior gato for the reply, is there any other books anyone can think of?:)

Thanks for the reference!

Yeowch! At 197 pages for $19.95, it's pricey for a paperback diet book. Especially since it is now 4 years old.

Considering what is available here on the internet for free, it better be a darn good reference guide to be charging that much!

I plan on checking it out @ the library first.

Thanks again!

The book that has helped me the most is titled "Serious Strength Training"(periodization for building muscle power and mass) by Tudor Bompa,PhD.It is very specific, has training programs for everyone from beginner to advanced, with diet, according to whether you are building mass, cutting,or going for strength. You can buy it off the Human Kinetics website(they have a lot of good books)
