Whats a good frontload schedule for this cycle?????

Stats
6'3" 245lbs 16% BF....Checked last week

4th Cycle

Wks 1-4 25-30mg DBOL ED
WKs 1-10 500mg Sust Mon-Thurs Inj. 250mg on each day
Wks 1-12 4-600mg EQ 2-300mg Mon-Thurs inj
Wks 8-12 50mg Winny ED

I want to front load the sust not really worried about doing that for the EQ...but if you bors think itll do some good....

Im going to be taking in 2500 calories a day....@under 40 grams of carbs...

Cardio 6 days a week a brisk 1hr walk at 3.5mph on the tread....

Also need a good HCG schedule...I have my pct all set but I want a jolt mid cycle..not sure when to do it..or the correct dose and how long to run it mid cycle????

Im not going to be working out any 5X5's mostly moderate weight to failure my workout is pretty dialed in...some changes will be made throughout depending on my body changes...

This is not intended for a cutting cycle only dont want any additional fat and want to gain strenght and size...im not looking to impress on the beach here.....
any input would be appreciated...thanks bors
 
First off you only need to shoot the sust once per week. You should frontload the EQ. Double the dose of both the first week, then drop down to 1.5 times the dose the second week. Then go to your base dose the third week.

I think you need to up the calories if you want size and strength out of it. I just came off my 2nd cycle and was eating between 3000-3500 calories a day and think I lost fat (I wasn't even doing any cardio). Start with at least 3000 I'd say and increase it or reduce it accordingly (although I think you should be able to handle 3500 and not gain any fat with all that cardio).

I would also frontload the EQ since it takes so long to kick in, and not frontload the Test because you have dbol the first 4 weeks. Test usually kicks in for me around week 4.

Not sure about the mid-cycle HCG. I always run it at the end.

I realize that i can only shoot it once a week..but ..dont you think

I will keep steadier levels @ twice a week Inj...

What about the HCG mid cycle??? and also the front load ..does that count for the 10 weeks....so after the first week at 1000mg and the second @ 750mg.....does that leave 8 weeks @ 500mg??? or do i still do a full 10 wks at 500MG

Shooting twice a week with sust will not result in more stable levels. Sust was designed to release over a 3 week period, so shooting twice a week is pointless. That's a discussion that has been going on forever.

Yes, do 500 for the remaining 8 weeks. No need for HCG mid cycle.
