We've been training together since the 1st of the year. She lost about 8 lbs right off the bat, but now the scale is not moving. I keep telling her that muscle weighs more than fat, and she's loosing fat and gaining muscle. She's way up on all her starting weights, but this is the 1st time for her. I don't think I'm allowed to show the before pics, but there is a noticable difference. I'm going to tighten up a bit on her diet and up the cardio to 5 days a week. We train 4 days a week. Yes she is tall, 5'11" with long legs.
