Here goes....
i've been sitting around 195 or so for the past few weeks...trying to put on some more weight....here's what the diet looks like...
need some opinions on what to change/add to gain some size:
8-9
bowl of corn flakes
500g cottage cheese + Fibre one creal mixed in.
grapefruit

10-11
300g of lean beef
½ cup of brown rice(measured before cooking)

12-1
Protein Shake

3-4
200-300g chicken breast
½ cup brown rice (measured before cooking)

5-6
Protein Shake
Workout
Protein Shake

8-9
200-300g Chicken Breast
Veggies

10
Cottage Cheese + Fibre One Ceral Mixed in

(Snack on Veggies and mixed nuts, drinking milk)

Any help is appreciated!

Okay...so if i added dextrose to my N-Large...this would be better?
Anyone have any comments about the meal plan itself???? should i bump up the calories to keep gaining? if so what should i add??

I would add a protein shake first and last thing. When you wake in the morning, you have not eaten for 7/8 hours? Your body will have gone into a catabolic tailspin, and getting the protein in fast is the best way to put a stop to that. The one at night will minimise this time your body spends without protein.

If you are looking for a time to add some more carbs, add something with the 12 - 1 shake, or change it to an MRP.

Personally, I would add some oils in too, probably at breakfast, but then I seem to be writing that in every thread these days... :)
