I am looking at amping up my workout schedule.
I am currently doing:
back / biceps / legs ( m-w-f )
chest / shoulders / tris ( t-th ) day changes next week
i was thinking of doing pushups / situps / pullups every morning just after breaky
i do weights around 5:30pm.
You think this is over doing it?
Any suggestions / criticism welcome.
