zinc (wife is convinced it helps fertility)
goat's milk whey--i am sold on this esp is allergic to cows milk and
animal packs--a holdover from the great 80s and just out of habit

whey of course, fish oil, multivitamins, zma, glutamine, and sometimes I'll take creatine throughout a cycle. But normally I just take creatine before and at the beginning of a cycle stop for the majority of the cycle then get back on it at the end. That's just me
