I was 26 and 175 lbs @ 5'10".I am now 29 and I'm @225lbs.I am on a bulking cycle now and a little smooth though.

First Cycle was last Dec. I was 24 years old....started at 174lbs 5 ft. 8'' tall.....7 weeks later I was 217lbs (43lbs of muscle, fat, water, bloat LOL)....now Im in the 3rd week of my second cycle and about 200lbs and leaner....25 years old...
