what wrong with me ?

another thing i was training a pupil just like you that ate,& ate but couldn't gain a pound,he was actually loosing weight.after running some tests we discovered he has type 2 diabietes,and his blood sugar was over 400,(normal range is 80-120),i would suggesting buying a Glucose monitor about $19.00 and testing your blood sugar,or go to the Dr and get some bloodwork done, this will tell where the problem lies,it could even be something like a hyperactive thyroid.


I doubt it its a medical problem. I bet you youll find the problem when he says his diet and training routine. Im assuming your Gear is fake

Agreed with the diet part people run gear and expect to blow up like ballons, little do they know diet is 80%, 10% training, 10% gear. Post it up bro
 
before you run a cycle you need to gain muscle. you need to condition your body.. and you need to learn HOW to workout and HOW to eat. only then should you run a cycle.. because you will end up with a dissapointing cycle and you would of wasted money and blew out your HPTA.

you were 160 and you benched X amount of weight.. you should of said.. I'm gonna gain 5-7 pounds of muscle and add 10-15 pounds on my bench press as a goal and ONLY then will I go on steroids. you should experiment with different workouts..
 
Raisens = carbs and fiber. Need carbs for the Deca and energy in the workout. We all know about fiber......
