would you take 60 200mg crystal DNP or 80 200mg powder DNP if both where the same price. if you have used either or both please comment on there effectiveness and sides

Personally powder, little scared of the crystal myself and it's very rare that I say I am scared of taking a substance, lol.

Sorry I'm not smart enough to use poison in order to temporarily lose some fat. Yeah, that takes extraordinary wisdom.
