Got a cell phone for one of my boys. He was my ex's little brother but I thought the bro was cool. Turns out somehow the little fucker got another 2 cell phones in my name and has racked the bill to close to 10,000$

Ok so far ive been playnig stupid with MCI saying im not the one that got these cell phones. But Im not sure if Its going to fly or not.

Heres my question, I have a well paying job, I havnt been in trouble with the police in years and I dont want to go down that road again. But today I seriously wanted to kill him, Im not talking about beating him bad, im talking about loading dad's shotgun and go find him in his little hole, hes hiding out somewhere in suffolk county, and put a couple of buck shots in his ass.

What the hell would you guys do man?

I want revenge, but I cannot afford to deal with the consequences. My friends want to get in the car and drive me down there so we can all pound him. But he is a little baby and will without a doubt go to the police and press charges and a lawsuit..

Dude keep talking to Mci and tell them his name and he is the one that got the phones in your name because he had all your info. since your relationship w/ your ex.
Call the cops on him, get the #'s that were called and match them up to his frien,girlfreinds, your ex's boyfriend and her friends etc... hire a private investigator, then call the cops and MCI w/ the proof and put little ass in jail along w/ whoever else is involved.

If you signed the contract with the cell company you'll have a devil of a time dodging the liability for the bill. It will most likely go against your credit if you don't pay it. I am no contract attorney, but with 10K out there in the wings, it may be worth your while to review your contract with an attorney and discuss your situation with him.

I definately have a cooler head about it today.

I called up a girl that he has been wanting to get with for the longest time and told her to tell him to meet her at this resturant in Hempstead. My uncle knows a few guys with tow trucks. When he comes im going to tow his 1967 Cherry Red Mustang to a undisclosed location. Where I will send him an adress to send the money.

If he fails to do so , I will burn the car piece by piece and then send him mail to let him know where to find it.

Never again man. And yes I am an idiot, I try to help a friend and I get dicked in the ass. Thats whats eating me right now, not the money. Its just how can you screw someone that trusted you.

As much as you want to hurt him (and I don't blame you) If you want to claim back the $10,000 then you won't be able to as it would be useless prosecuting him if he can say you beat him up. My advice is wear a ski mask and jump him at night so he doesn't realise who it is beating him half to death, then also prosecute him.
