Also when I worked for MB the guys buying the SL55amg etc all were old white dudes who just wanted the badge. Yes there are ricers out there that can cook stock autos but those who own the M6s DB9s, etc dont really care.
the average guy buying$100,000 benz was a badge snob and just wanted to brag how many ponies his car had.
but the meanest machine for the luxo market is the CL65AMG. the thing is a bully. with renntech work you are looking at 1000 lbs of torque. CL65AMG will ovetake about anything on the highway
arguements "his car should be faster it is 4xs as much" chances are that old white jew in the SL doesnt care his car is 4x more then the bro with the neon SRT.
magazine racing is what they look after! I loved hearing "this car in Motor trend is faster then _____ by this amount and gets 5 stars too"

If I was loaded and was going to buy a car when I move to back to Asia it would be a black Z06.
