A friend of mine was at my place yesterday and told me that his girlfriend was beaten last saturday outside a club by her ex and he was out of town when this happened.

The first that hit my mind was that we could wait outside his house and beat him down with a bat, but the problem is that he´s a criminal and has a lot of "friends". Back in his home country he´s wanted for murder, to tell you something of his background. He´s also grounded from every club in this town, except for the drive-trough at McDonald´s.

The girl had to go through surgery twice to fix her face and she looks awful, her whole face is blue and her neck too. She´s a model and this could be serious to her career. This relly messed up my sleep last night
What should my friend do? Let the law handle it or should he fix it himself and possibly get killed at the same time?

Who the f*ck would mess up a 110lbs girl like that?

I've had to deal with a similar situation quite recently....if you do it the right way you feel like you are doing nothing. If you go after him you make things worse.

Presumably if it happened outside of a club then there are witnesses right? I'd let the law handle it.....and get a restraining order (it might not do much but he'll be even deeper trouble if he ignores it). BTW why didnt anybody jump in to help her out?

If your friend goes after this guy he might well end up with legal problems himself.....which wouldnt be very helpful if he couldnt be around if this guy has friends who hold grudges. Also, your freind might get one over on this guy once.....but chances are the guy (or friends) will go after him or her again at the first chance he gets.

if you or your friend get involved, you run the risk of 1. going to jail for life (because if i was your friend i don't know if i could stop once he was knocked out if you know what i mean), 2. getting killed since this idiot has proven himself to be a psychopath.

i would play it smart. you could:

1. get the girl to press charges, let the law handle it, if he does have a warrant maybe he gets deported (or whatever it's called), if he has other warrants that could be more time in the pen. BUT, she and possibly you also run the risk of retaliation either by him when he gets out or by his "homies" while he's in.

2. set his ass up for either some decent time in or report him to immigration or report him to the police to see if he has a warrant. if you do set him up, keep it between you and your friend and do something that's going to put him away for awhile without hurting anyone else in the process.

It is absolutely amazing how many different uses you can get from regular household items, like a pillow case and a louisville slugger.

Ambush him in the dark, insert head into pillow case (BEFORE HE SEES YOU!), Don't say a word because he will recognize your voice and finally give him a good swat in the ribs. Not in the head because you can wind up in prison for life, manslaughter. Break some ribs, he'll get the message in his hospital bed.
Lastyly, don't brag about it! Shut your mouth and all is good.

Just an opinion. Sometimes our current justice system just isn't good enough. They never seem to punish the right people enough.

This guy appears to have a thing with beating up women. Shame shame, he will pay.. All you have to do is walk up to him and beat the shit out of him. The absolute worst thing that you can be charged with is assault, which is a misdemeanor. If you use a weapon, it can be assualt w/ deadly weapon, etc. so avoid that. Just come out of a corner when it's dark out and kick his ass. If something comes of it (which probably won't) you can always argue self defense, you tried to talk to him and he took a swing. Who will they believe? A fine upstanding citizen like yourself or a convicted criminal? This advice came from a cop friend of mine..

I think you've answered this yourself. You guys are out of your league. The SMART thing to do, if your friend REALLY cares about her, is to MOVE.

But, what about the disruption in my life? Her career? The inconvienence... It's not fair... Blah, blah, blah... Reality. This guy will probably eventually kill her if she doesn't get out of the situation. Any interdiction by your friend and/or you risk you guys getting killed, and maybe her too because he's pissed that somebody stuck up for her.

Unless you guys are straight-out willing to murder this guy, and are equipped mentally to get away with it (and can live with yourselves afterwards), there really is no choice for your friend and girlfriend except to A) remove themselves from the situation, or B) be at the mercy of whatever this guy wants to do.

If your friend and girlfriend aren't willing to resort to drastic measures to resolve the situation immediately and conclusively, you, my friend, need to remove yourself from the loop.

Tell your friends girlfriend (the asshole's ex) to say that she wants to get back with him..say she's learned the error of her ways and really is sorry they are not together anymore..

Lure him to her house, and put a crazy amount of rophynol (roofies) or GHB in his drink...tell them to hang out until he passes out..kidnap him..tell teh authorities of the other country that wants him and that he is dettained...handcuff him whatever..

do this quickly before he wakes up..he wont know what happened..probably wont remember who exactly kidnap him..all he'll know was that he was having a drink with the girl and then poof wakes up in the cuffs of the authorities of that country.

hopefully they sentence him to death..

What you do is...follow him to a bar or club.etc. when he goes to take a piss follow him into the bathroom and beat the living shit out of the guy.....it works cause guys don't go to the bathroom in groups like chicks do.....slam his head in the toilet, break a mirror with his face and when he's all beaten and bloodied on the floor...spread his legs and kick him in the balls as hard as you can......then walk out of the bathroom, casually, and get the fucj out of there

You could always wait until he comes out of a club or bar or somewhere like that, then run over him with a hire car.
Stop a bit further up the road and pretend it was an accident. That way, he'll end up in hospital hopefully with broken legs or something, and you get to say it was an accident and let the insurance company deal with it. That way, you don't get done for assault, and with a bit of luck the authorities can swift him for the murder when he's fit again.
I know someone who did this long time ago in a UK country.
