Ok, so today I wasn't having such a good day. I work at a gym. This guy walks in with a Total Gym, and he says he'll sells it to me for anything. It's complete, in very good shape. Out of whim I say I only got 17 bucks, he says that's good enough. He brings it in, and it was very dusty, but complete. I put it together (at my job) and it was working great. Then I hop online, find it on ebay, Total Gym Ultra selling for around 250 bucks, good enough to buy future supplements! Ok, I get home, and since I didn't do my back workout yesterday because the holiday threw me one day back, I thought I try this machine. I thought it wasn't going to be hard, but fuck did I get a workout.

Then I began going through the booklet he handed me and some workouts in there I can't do at the gym, even-though they have just about every machine. Also, this is very good for strength training since I am using my own body weight to exercise. There is also little chance of injury. So now I am wondering wtf I should do? Would you sell the shit, or keep it for those strength workouts? Also, it's huge, but it does get compact for storage which I thought was pretty cool.

keep that shit! seems like its a very good machine to have esp for when you cant or dont wanna go to the gym...unless you're really strapped for cash i'd keep it.

are you kidding me? even on the highest incline you are only probably using like 70% of bodyweight. The gym is 100x better get rid of that peice of shit

lol zero. I'll sell it, just have to find shipping for it cuz fuck i'm sure it'll run around 60 bucks for shipping. i shouldn't have taken it out of my car, damnit.

If I had one I'd use it for conditioning, rehab, and prehab.

I would definitly use it for that...Looks like a good piece of equipment for stretching...I would fold on to it..I mean c'mon, it fits under the bed!!!!!

If you need the money, sell it.
If you think you might use the machine, keep it.
If you don't see any use for it, sell it.
If a family member would enjoy owning one, sell it for a discount.

Ive used one before... my parents have one.

I can see it being VERY useful for injuries and sore muscles.

If you don't need the money I would hold onto it, I think you would definitely be able to get something useful out of it.
