the psychotic ramblings of schizoid 5th grader with vivid fantasies of being a naval seal has raised a very valid question in my mind..
let's say that he has granted mods on the board with the ability to track users to a specific locale using ip addresses.
let's now say that say a source on the board, or someone else on the board, torques someone off.
furthermore, let's say that a mod gives the torqued off party, using the tools granted to them by george and the website, that source or someone else's address/location.
now let's say that the schizoid tracks down the source or someone else, and inflicts damage to their person or property.
what would george's liability be?
anyone wanna go in with me? you pretend to hate me, which obviously won't be unbelievable, then get my address, through email of course, from a mod. come to my house. i'll let you beat me up. then i'll sue george and we'll split the booty.
