what workouts do you do on leg day..

my day consists of

squats
front squats
leg press
lunges
seated curls

just wondering what most people do on their leg days..

i do calves on shoulders day and on chest days..
 
I cant squat or dead so I pretty much stick to SLDL, hammy curls and leg press, and those ab/adductor machines. My preferred regimen would be squats, lunges, hammy curls
 
squats
lunges
sometimes hack squats
sometimes leg extensions (mix those two up)
hammy curls
standing calf
leg press calf
seated calf

literally just got done with that exact workout
 
i'm unable to squat now. it really has thrown me off, i can't go low or heavy. i honestly don't even know how i should go about training now. 3 months ago, i was fronting 265 and following it with 385 back squats. i can't even get 275 on the bar without severe pain now....

dunno thats what my training partner started us on today.. i liked the workout alot.. i'm finally getting the teardrop on the inside of my quad..

the way i do my leg press it hits my hammys hard as fuck..

squats
leg press - not those half ass ones, but quads to my muving chest
hack squats
extensions
curls
calf raise machine
donkey raises
calf raises on the leg press

what's your stance like on squats? i used to squat with a wider stance and that blasted them hambones real nice. i really didnt need anything else for hams other than squats, 'cept there's nothing quite like that kick ass stretch you get with SLDL - feels soooo good. tiger and I did SLDL, I'll never forget that.

little wider than my shoulder.. i dont do heavy weight i dont go higher than 315... ass to floor.. than i front squat like 185..

i dont think i could add sldl's to my leg day it'd be way to taxing.. my legs already cramp up by the end of my workout..
 
I think a lot of people in this thread need a room that has mirrors on all sides. Theres this really big muscle group on the back side of your legs.....they're called hamstrings...they're what make you run fast and deadlift and squat heavy weight...

I just came back from working legs. 1130PM, yes I know my schedule sucks ass right now.

45 minute workout supersetting quads/hams

Front squats 10 reps / laying leg curls 12 reps - 4 sets
hack squats 15 reps / seated leg curls - 15 reps - 4 sets
smith machine 20 rep squats / SLDL - 15 reps - 3 sets (yeah I got bored)
one legged leg press - 10 reps / one legged hamstring machine curl (standing) 12 reps - 3 sets

Normally I do hams by themselves, but they would have fallen on Friday and I won't be able to make it to the gym until Sunday, so I gave them a boost today.

-sldls or regular
-glute ham raises
-leg curl
quad day
-squat (front, back, or box)
-leg press
-one leg press
-leg ext
-db lunges (never figured out bb lunges)

LMAOOOO.. yes eq/test is unbelieveable its nuts what steroids can do to your body.. once my wife gets prego i may go on again and never come off..

anyhow about roaring in the car.. lmao i did that shit too fucken weird.. i used to think about punching people in the back of the head alot but i used to also think about killing people.. shit basically made me a fucken animal..

i still got the road rage pretty bad i dont think the eq is fully out of my system yet.. but other than that i've kindof calmed down lately..

been on dermacrine and that shit is pretty dope shit.. you might wanna invest in that shit for your pct.. its brought my dick back to life and my workouts have been great since i started taking it.. might also be the creatine ethyl i've been taking.. anyhow keep up the good shit looking forward to your results..

this week im doing legs every day and its alot of cardioish legs, like weighted stepups, one legged squats, squat cleans leg presses and regular squats,

but normally ill goo

squats (heavy less than 10 reps) then sometimes a burnout with 225,
leg press: 2 sets of 20 heavy weight, helps my endurance in legs
super set leg curl/leg extension

do you go wide stance up at the very top corners with toes pointed out a bit? thats how i do mine and its definately more hammy and some ass than quads

damn i think i have high test levels then, awsome, not as high as urs tho :(
