as Ulter mentioned, you can use that type of bar, or even if you are using dumbells concentrate at the top of the curl to twist your wrists outward. That will help build the peak of the bicep more and develop more definition in the area above.

Me personally I do a pretty hardcore regimine of front and side lat. raises and that really gets my shoulder definition above my biceps looking real good. :coffee:

Straight arm frontal raises work good for deepening that spot between the upper bi's and front delts......just do them with a hammer fist position of your hand.

Bro, I have that same exact problem and I just changed my workout to accomplish this. I found 2 rarely used Bi exercises. Concentration curls using the Zottman technique (palm facing backwards at starting position) and Concentration Hammer Curls. The Concentration Hammer curl has an amazing feel to it and hits the peak really fkn hard.

Also, like someone else mentioned, barbell curls with partial reps in the top half of the curl. Use light weight or you will surely tear something. And lock in those shoulders so you dont swing.

Go for Front Raises, and when you get the dumbells up, tilt the dumbells so the pinky is higher than the thumb, like your pouring out milk. You'll feel the space between your front delt and your bicep burn. Try it and see how you feel. Go for the FEEL and burn and see what you think. Good luck bro.

If all else fails, T3 and GH spot injections. lol

what are you guys talking about seems to me he talking about the bicep/delt tie-in--in which case he needs to develop he frontal/side delt more

Exactly....increasing the upper bi will just make the cut more shallow....like I said hammer fist frontal raises and bicept peak work.
