What workout gave you the most hypertrophy?

I just wanted to see what kind of program you guys like to do if your goal is hypertrophy? Do you go with the classic 5x5 or do you prefer do do split?

Any opinions or experiences are welcome
 
Its all individual. There is no best.

German Volume Training is another option to cycle with what Spy mentioned.
 
I've ever found one single routine that provided the best muscle gains for the entire body. HST for whatever reason worked the best for my upper arms and lat width, while other lower volume routines worked best for most all of the larger muscle groups.
