Steve use to come into the deli I worked at back in the day. He would dawn a cap real low and always brought his daughter with him. We use to taunt him, by yelling "FELTCH" and asking him if the hat was nec. since his shit sucked lately.

Okay, I'll bite - what the hell does "FELTCH" have to do with Steve Martin?

At first guess, I would say that maybe you mean "Fletch" which was a movie starring Chevy Chase.

"Feltch" being to suck cum out of someone's ass - usually with a straw in the truest definition....
Not sure what that has to do with Steve Martin - is he known for that? Did he do that in one of his movies?

All in all, I'm at a loss.
