arnolds stacks.....
probably had test, deca, d-bol, GH, and slin.....
It actually doesn`t matter due to the fact that he has used what thousands of other athletes has used..
The only difference between arnold and other steroid users is that he knew quite a bit about training and nutrition....
AND PROBABLY HAD THE BEST GENETICS EVER!!

it would be awsome to know what arnold, and lou ferigno(sp?) took, but youll never know, we only have rumors to go on. my guess is its less then most the guys here take.

Yeah (seriously) I heard it was dbol and primo...I read it in a bodybuilding article I believe. Didn't say the amounts though...I'll try to see if I can find the article, if I can I'll post a link to it

Now that Arnold is governor, we will never know.
Primo/Deca/Dbol seemed to be most common is his era however.

Yeah, GH was present in the 70`s...
It came from the eastern germany, where they "took the GH of dead people" and sold.
It was called GRORM, but it hasn`t been used in modern days due to the fact that it actually caused creuzfeldt jacobs syndrom in many of its users....

1) First, he used "Weider Principles". You know, anything and everything that has ever been associated with lifting and bodybuilding, from lifting a weight, to eating, to breathing, have all been deemed WEIDER priciples and Joe Weider has claimed that HE invented them all, owns the rights to them all, and if anyone use or claims them elsewhere then they will have no business in any Weider-sponsored event.
2) Ever wonder if maybe the BEST supplements and steroids are the ones that are no longer avioable? Sadly, its true. Because they key to supplement sucess was the old "Cybergenics" system. ONLY by taking handlfuls of extremely expensive, overpriced placebos in conjunction with a brutally overtraining-prone six day a week, 12 drop sets to absolute failure per bodypart routine, can you develope that ripped mountain of shreaded mass look - without the bloat.
