Im on a winny prop cycle right now..
Im just taking a multi-vitamin in the morning...
But I wonder should I take more? or anything else?
I read on other sites that B6 is good to help prevent gyno too...
Im thinkg about taking about 200mg of b6 a day to as a prevention..
Anyone else out there take B6 ?
What other Vitamins or oils should I take ? Flax seed ?
