what u think of my homemade protein shake

4 1/4cup of egg beaters =24 gram protein/4gram carbs/0fat
1 1/2cup of low fat cottage cheese 12grams protein/5gram carbs/1.5fat
1 1/2cup fiber one cereal = 3protein gram/24carbs/1fat
1 1cup skim milk = 8protein/12gramcarbs/5gram fat


total= 47 protein/45 carbs/10 fat

what you people think its good? i might be off on the fat grams might be less i memorized some of nutritional facts haha
 
you should not have any fat post workout because it slows down absorbtion and right after a workout you want fast absorbtion.
 
meal replacement would be ok, but not the best..... for postworkout meal, take around 50-100g of simple carbs (dextrose or maltadextrin) and mix it with 40-50g fast absorbing protein (whey or egg). this is your best bet. after a workout your cells are expanded and when you drink simple sugars and a fast absorbing protein, then they will reach your cells much faster, thus causing them to grow. good luck bro!
