Im on Body Forlife

Im in my second week of the 12 week body for life challenge and its absolutely A M A Z I N G !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can already see a slight difference and its easy to stick to and loads of fun
 
i have just started changing my diet..
eating@ 120 g of protein
@115g carbs
120g fat
i am 25 yrs old, 5"5, 123 lbs right now, and i want to loose a little weight, but mostly tone up and lose my fat.. and just feel better about the way that i look...
so if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to reply;)
 
I'm using a 40/30/30 diet - the cutting version of the Berardi "Massive Eating" from T-Mag (there's also a hypercaloric bulking version.) Basically, you eat protein/carb meals for the first 3 meals of the day and protein/fat for the remaining 3. I'm happy with it so far, although I do get carb cravings in the evening sometimes.

I've tried ultra-low carb diets before and felt like crap after a couple of days - I get grouchy as hell on a ketogenic diet and I just can't have that at work, and my training goes to hell. My results on this are almost as good, but without the downside.
 
i am on the diet MISSY is doing ,its the "CONFUSED DIET" i dont know what to eat so i ask alot of questions about the carbs and repeat them and than my diet follows:)
 
I'm on a 60/30/10 diet and it's really hard to get down the carbs. Plus I don't get enough calories. I have a very small apetite and should eat more, but it's hard.
